Release Party with Carrie Ann Ryan and Marie Harte!

Marie Harte and I are at it again! We love writing, reading, and giving things away, so here we are! I'm a huge fan of Marie's and freaking LOVE her PowerUp! series! She's a hoot and we're here to give away goodies.

ONE winner from either of our blogs will be chosen to win some prizes!
1) Amazon Gift Cards
2) Print copy of the Dawn Endeavor Series.
3) Print Copy of Charmed Spirits, Holiday Montana Book 1
4) Some swag!

Comment on both of our blogs to enter!  On my blog, you must answer this question:
What is your favorite Holiday to read a romance about?
You can find Marie's here.

Justin Cooper wasn’t always the straight-laced Holiday Elementary School principal. In his youth, he broke all the rules and enjoyed being the bad Cooper brother.  One Christmas Eve night he got a little too rowdy and things changed forever. Now the consequences of that fateful night have come back in full force and the myths of Christmas might be more real than he thought.
Rina Brewer is one of Santa’s elves. Not the tiny cute little toy maker, but the sexy, petite, energy filled bombshell kind. She’s come to Holiday to aid Justin in his new role as Santa’s executive, but as soon as she sees the sexy ex-bad boy, she realizes the job may be more than she bargained for.
As they work together to make this Christmas one to remember, an old foe has come to town to make sure that his holiday is the coldest yet.
Warning: Contains a perky elf who dreams of something more, a Christmas myth who may be a baddie, and a sexy ex-bad boy who craves Christmas cookies…and a certain perky blonde.

ENTRANCED ~ a PowerUp! story

Jack Keiser hasn't had an easy time of it. After a disastrous mission for the government years ago, he's been wary of trusting his fellow agents. Or ex-agents, since they no longer work for the government but for him. Keeping them in line is a full time job, made harder by his own strangely developing talent. Jack has the ability to change his shape. He's a chameleon who can assume the appearance of anyone he's ever touched. Even among psychics he's an oddball.

Now Jack's in a bind. Heather Stallbridge, sister to his silent partner in the gym, has gone missing, and it's up to Jack to find her. His journey leads him into the German Alps and to a strange village with even stranger people. To top off an already bad situation, the moment Jack sees Heather, he experiences what feels like love at first sight. Their connection is irrefutable, but he can' t trust that it's real. And that doubt is a problem, because without working together, they'll never find a way to escape the killers in the mountains, or to discover the unexplainable love growing between them.

  5. I love Christmas romances. I'm really quite soppy at heart, and Christmas makes me think of snow, candle light and snuggling up in front of the fire place. Bet you couldn't guess from that comment that I live in Brisbane Australia where the average Christmas temp is 95 degrees!!

  9. I have to say I like a good Fourth of July romance or one during the fall. Not really Halloween but just sometime celebrating the Fall weather with a hay ride, corn maze, things like that. But for a special holiday, definitely Fourth of July fireworks. Let's make it a hot romance.

  13. Truthfully, I'd say Christmas. There is something so intrinsically happy about Christmas so romances seem to just go hand in hand with that feeling. That, beside the fact that it is your book, is why I cannot wait to read Santa's Executive!

Thanks for this Carrie Ann and for getting me acquainted with your writing buddy Marie...Looks like I am going to have to add her to my new favorite authors list. lol :)

  15. As a kid and up into my young adult life I hated everything about Christmas because it reminded me how from the time I was born I was hated by my whole family for simply existing. I spent as much time either on the streets or away from them as I could. But especially during Christmas when I sadly found myself with them was the worst because people are supposed to be nice according to all the books I hid myself away in. Until after I found this shelter in the city. Kids that were like me. The unwanted ones we were kicknamed. It was the first family I had and the first Christmas where I had my first mistletoe kiss and I was lucky enough he had sweats on and no shirt with abs of steel. Because us street kids had to be strong to survive. So 100% Christmas. As an adult and kids of my own and an absolutely wonderful husband it's still not my favorite holiday but when it comes to romance books it's definitely my favorite holiday to read and get lost in.

  29. I just read A Bite Befor Christmas by Jeaniene Frost & Lynsay Sands and loved it. 2 short stories by both of these great authors form their wonderful and popular series. Great characters and great stories for both. I also love Sabrina Jeffries Twas the Night After Christmas. This was a great read also. This was a story about a secondary charcter brought out from a previous book. I am glad he got his happy ending.
Want to read Santa's Executive. Love Carrie Ann's books. Marie is a new author for me, so definately would love to check out her book.
